Brian Hunter
President & Spiritual Director
Brian Hunter brings over three decades of Christian faith and ministry experience to his role as President and Spiritual Director of CHCN. As founder and principal of Hunter Consulting Group, LLC, he serves as a nonprofit consultant to Christian organizations ranging from startup national ministries to globally reaching missionaries, helping them grow their impact through relationship, organization, and legacy.
Brian's roots in the local church run deep: he served on a church staff from 2008 to 2015 focusing on outreach and operations, has been involved in three church plants since 1997, and has been an active prayer minister since 2021. His leadership at CHCN is grounded in the belief that when people encounter the living God, nothing stays the same — lives are changed, situations are resolved, and bodies are healed.
Ron Mitchell
Vice President
Ron Mitchell brings a lifetime of leadership and service to his role as Vice President of CHCN. Following high school and two years in the Marine Corps, Ron built a 41-year career with State Farm Insurance Companies, retiring in 2003 as an Assistant Vice President at the company's corporate headquarters. Along the way he earned a Business Management degree from the New York Institute of Technology, along with various information technology and insurance designations.
At his local church in Naples, Ron helped establish a Healing Prayer Team, and in 2021 he became a healing prayer minister at CHCN. He joined the CHCN Board as Secretary/Treasurer in 2025 and stepped into the Vice President role in 2026, where he oversees prayer minister management and provides technical support wherever it's needed.
Diane Riddle
Secretary
Diane Riddle brings a unique blend of corporate experience and Spirit-led ministry to her role as Secretary of the Board. After earning a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and having a successful corporate career, she pursued an M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Moody Theological Seminary, in 2009 and retired in 2015, stepping fully into ministry.
A licensed and ordained pastor, Diane holds a ministerial license with her church and has served as a church treasurer, associate pastor, and in pastoral care ministry. Her healing and freedom ministry is grounded in extensive training through Restoring the Foundations, Elijah House, and Christian Healing Ministries. Diane is responsible for resource and curriculum development. Her greatest passion is walking alongside individuals as they find freedom from past wounds and discover the abundant life Jesus promised.
Ann Marie Poirier
Treasurer
Anne-Marie Poirier brings 21 years of accounting experience to her role as Treasurer of the CHCN Board. A holder of a master's degree in accounting, she has built her career around precision, integrity, and a commitment to mission-driven work. Throughout her professional life she has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations, gaining deep expertise in financial stewardship, compliance, and strategic planning for community-focused entities — experience she now applies to overseeing CHCN's finances.
Anne-Marie and her husband Bob have lived in Florida for the past 23 years, and her faith is the foundation of her commitment to others. She actively serves in the children's and youth department at her local church, investing in the next generation with the same care and intentionality she brings to her professional work.
Mike Johnson
Founder, Former President & Spiritual Director
Mike Johnson is a co-founder of Christian Healing Center of Naples (established 2016), where he served as President and Spiritual Director and now continues to serve on the Board and as a Prayer Minister. Though he sensed a call to ministry from early childhood, Mike's path took him through decades of professional life, including nearly 30 years as a nursing home administrator along with careers in life insurance sales and association management.
Through those years, Mike personally experienced both physical and soul healing — a firsthand encounter with God's restorative power that ultimately led him to step fully into his calling and establish CHCN. Mike’s wife Barbara, a career educator, is also a Prayer Minister and Co-Founder of CHCN. They worship at a local Naples church, and Mike gives all glory to Jesus for what He is doing in the city through healing ministry.

As we enter our 10th year serving Southwest Florida, we believe the best is still ahead. Scripture reminds us that the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few —
"Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." - Matthew 9:38
We've seen the plentiful harvest firsthand: prayer requests have increased 40% this year compared to last, and people are even reaching out to us from around the world.
Our prayer team is growing, and so is the need.
We haven't been standing still. We're developing automated systems, training new and existing prayer ministers, and building an entirely new website to help visitors more easily connect with our resources. God is moving, and we're doing our best to keep up.
"Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation."
- 2 Corinthians 6:2
